As a counsellor and accredited Gestalt therapist, Tiffany is highly regarded for her presence, authenticity and depth. Drawing on fifteen years of experience working with people in educational and therapeutic settings, she combines evidence-based practices with her intuitive ability to see, hear and understand a person’s psychological process.
In addition to counselling and psychotherapy, Tiffany has worked professionally as a musician, teacher and performance coach. In therapy sessions she creates a calm, non-judgmental environment where clients can profoundly change the way they relate to themselves and others. As Tiffany’s client, you will begin to experience life more fully.
Tiffany's approach is built on a foundation of Gestalt therapy. Depending on your needs, she will then incorporate aspects of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Depth Psychology, Existential Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, coaching and experiential learning. As a culturally responsive, identity-affirming practitioner, Tiffany seeks to understand your individual context beyond the therapy room.
Some people come to therapy with specific problems; others come because they are unhappy and don't know why. Wherever you are in life, Tiffany can help you develop the clarity and self-knowledge needed to live a satisfying and meaningful life.
Tiffany offers in-person and online sessions for adults and adolescents (15+). She is currently taking on new clients, including employees of The Kids Research Institute (through EAP) and NDIS participants. Referrals are not required.
